- 1 Lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 Slices Bacon, chopped
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 Cup Pecans, roughly chopped, for extra crunch Optional
