- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/3 Cup Honey
- 1/4 Cup Soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
- 1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tsp Grated ginger (optional for added flavor)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

Make the Glaze:
